Use of the Platform
The platform is designed to support school management, teacher onboarding, registration approval, and attendance management. Users must use the platform only for legitimate and authorized purposes.
User Accounts
Teachers and Coordinators are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their login credentials secure. Users must not share their passwords or allow unauthorized individuals to access their accounts.
Access is protected using role-based permissions and appropriate security controls to help prevent unauthorized access.
We use appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to protect information and maintain secure records.
Strict credential confidentiality & zero password sharing

Teacher Registration & Approval
Teachers may register through the Mobile App or receive credentials created by the Coordinator. Self-registered accounts remain pending until reviewed and approved by
the authorized Coordinator.
Mandatory verification workflow by designated school coordinators
Attendance
Attendance must be recorded through the designated Mobile App process. The attendance system may require a live photo, video, date, time, and GPS location to create an attendance record. Users must provide genuine information and must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or misuse attendance records.
Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, misuse another user's information, upload harmful content, or use the system in a way that could compromise its security or functionality.
Data & Privacy
Information collected through the platform is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Role-based access controls are used to restrict information according to the user's permissions.
Platform Availability
We aim to keep the platform reliable and available, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, or third-party services.
